I don’t know what you think of savoy cabbage but I know that I love this sort of cabbage. In Italy, this sort of cabbage is often used to make minestrone or delicious sauteed!
This sort of cabbage is such a vegetable full of flavor. I love to make this sauté and serve with sausages!
If you like something hearty, then this is right for you!
This sauté can be served with potatoes, baked potatoes, rice or only with toasted bread! 😉
You also can eat it cold! 😉
