I did it again! I’ve baked a good homemade bread!
This time it’s a delicious whole wheat bread!
It is rather a simple and fast recipe, which is doing right for me. This recipe has definitely the guarantee of success and the result not only can be shown, but it also tastes very good!
I make this bread quite often at my house and I serve it with delicious soups and stews. But it’s also delicious for making sandwiches! Try it out!
Here is the recipe!
Homemade: Whole wheat bread
- 350 g whole wheat flour
- 1 ½ tsp dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 200 g of warm water
- Mix the flour with the dry ingredients together. Mix the water with the oil and add to the flour and mix well and knead for a few minutes. Then let the dough rest for an hour.
- Place the dough in a baking pan with a layer of baking paper.
- Bake in preheated oven at 210 ° for about 50 to 60 minutes.
- Then remove from oven, let cool down and enjoy this delicious whole wheat bread!
