This is such a delicious pasta salad with tuna and black olives, which is made in minutes!
You can have it for lunch, or for dinner! Make it for Easter brunch or for any other occasion!
It is such a hearty salad, if you try it one time, you won’ t stop!
Here is the recipe!
Pasta salad with tuna and olives
- 500 g of Pasta “Penne”
- 2 boxes of tuna in brine
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 shallot
- black olives
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Cook the pasta al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces, cut the shallots. Then rub with the clove of garlic the interior of the bowl. If you want garlic in your salad, you sure can dice it and add to the salad. I prefer only the light sense of garlic in this salad!
- Drain the tuna and place in the bowl, add the pasta, tomatoes and shallots. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix well. At the end put some black olives.
