Kichererbsen-Frittata Fantasia

 

Hallo!

Habt Ihr jemals versucht, ein Omelett ohne Eier zu machen? Nun, ich habe es versucht, und zwar mit Kichererbsenmehl und habe diese leckere Kichererbsen-Frittata Fantasia gezaubert!

Chickpea frittatas Fantasia! This is the best way to make frittata or omeletts without eggs. Just the simple ingredient of chickpea flour, water, a little oil combined to delicious frittatas, adding potatoes, vegetables or onions you have delicious weeknight dinner!

 

Kichererbsenmehl gibt es mittlerweile von verschiedenen Hersteller, wie z. B. Müllers Mühle und mittlerweile bekommt man das Mehl in gut sortierten Lebensmittelläden.

Ich muss sagen, sie sind wirklich sehr gut, sind einfach zu machen, sind günstig, köstlich, in der Tat, etwas anderes auf dem Teller! 😉 Komm, lasst uns schauen, wie es geht!

Kichererbsen-Frittata Fantasia

  • Servings: 2
  • Difficulty: einfach

Zutaten:

  • 2 rote Zwiebeln, mittelgroß
  • 7 EL Kichererbsen-Mehl
  • 150 ml Wasser
  • 3 EL Öl
  • Salz, Pfeffer

Zubereitung:

  1. Zwiebeln schälen und in feine Streifen schneiden.
  2. In einer Schüssel das Kichererbsen-Mehl mit dem Wasser verquirlen, salzen und pfeffern.
  3. In einer beschichten Pfanne 3 EL Öl erwärmen. Die Zwiebeln kurz anbraten, aber nicht zu sehr. Dann mit etwas Wasser ablöschen. Flüssigkeit einreduzieren lassen. Salzen und Pfeffern.
  4. Die Kichererbsenmaße hinzufügen. Bei mittlerer Temperatur ca. 5 Minuten stocken lassen. Dann wenden und nochmals 5 Minuten stocken lassen.

Kichererbsen-Frittata mit Kartoffeln

Zutaten:

  • 3 mittelgroße Kartoffeln
  • 7 EL Kichererbsen-Mehl
  • 150 ml Wasser
  • 3 EL Öl
  • Salz, Pfeffer

Zubereitung:

  1. Kartoffeln schälen, waschen und in dünne Längsstreifen schneiden (oder einfach nur würfeln). In einer Pfanne mit 3 EL Öl braten bis diese gar sind.
  2. In einer Schüssel das Kichererbsen-Mehl mit dem Wasser verquirlen, salzen und pfeffern.
  3. Die Kichererbsenmaße über die Kartoffeln gießen. Bei mittlerer Temperatur ca. 5 Minuten stocken lassen. Dann wenden und nochmals 5 Minuten stocken lassen.

Cecinata fantasia

Ciao!

Avete mai provato a fare una frittata senza uova?! Beh, io ho provato a farla con la farina di ceci.

Devo dire che sono vermanete buone, sono facile da preparare, economiche e deliziose.

Infatti, qualcosa di diverso sul piatto!

Ed ecco la ricetta!

Cecinata fantasia

  • Servings: 2
  • Difficulty: facile

Ingredienti:

  • 2 cipolle rosse, medie
  • 7 cucchiai di farina di ceci
  • 150 ml di acqua
  • 3 cucchiai di olio
  • sale e pepe

Preparazione:

  1. Sbucciate le cipolle e tagliatele a striscioline sottili. In una ciotola mettete la farina di cece con l’ aqua mescolata per bene, finché l’ impasto risulta liscio. Aggiungete del sale e pepe a piacere.
  2. Mettete 3 cucchiai di olio a riscaldare in una padella antiaderente, aggiungete le cipolle e lasciatele rosolare un pó. Aggiungete un sorso di aqua, mescolate bene e lasciate asciugare il liquido. Mettete un pó di sale e pepe a piacere.
  3. Ora é ora di aggiungere l’ impasto per una cecinata. Lasciate per incirca 5 minuti fuoco medio, poi girate e lasciate di nuovo incirca 5 minuti a fuoco medio.

Cecinata con patate

Ingredienti:

  • 3 patate medie
  • 7 cucchiai di farina di ceci
  • 150 ml di acqua
  • 3 cucchiai di olio
  • sale e pepe

Preparazione:

  1. Pelate le patate, lavatele e tagliatele a fettine sottile (o semplicemente a dadetti). In una ciotola mettete la farina di ceci con l’ aqua, mescolate per bene, finché l’ impasto risulta liscio. Aggiungete del sale e pepe a piacere.
  2. Mettete 3 cucchiai di olio a riscaldare in una padella antiaderente, aggiungete le patate e lasciatele rosolare un pó. Aggiungete un sorso di aqua, mescolate bene e lasciate asciugare il liquido. Mettete un pó di sale e pepe a piacere.Ora é ora di aggiungere l’ impasto per una cecinata. Lasciate per incirca 5 minuti fuoco medio, poi girate e lasciate di nuovo incirca 5 minuti a fuoco medio.

Con la stessa procedura si possono realizzare altre cecinate, come volete voi! Con i peperoni o con le zucchine….!

  3. In a coating heat 3 tablespoons olive oil and let the onions roast a little. Deglaze with a little water. Let boil down the liquid, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the chickpea flour mixture and let thicken for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Then turn around and leave again for further 5 minutes.

Chickpea frittatas with potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 7 tablespoons chickpea flour
  • 150 ml of water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

Chickpea frittatas with red bell pepper

Ingredients:

  • 1 large red pepper
  • 7 tablespoons chickpea flour
  • 150 ml of water
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Wash the bell pepper, remove seeds and cut into thin stripes.
  2. In a pan heat the olive oil and roast the bell pepper til tender.
  3. In a bowl, combine the chickpeas flour with the water and whisk, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the chickpea flour mixture and let thicken for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Then turn around and leave again for further 5 minutes.

Those chickpea frittatas are delicious served with a mixed salad and a slice of bread. Maybe try them on your next brunch, they also can be served cold! 😉
