Spaghetti mit Spinat-Sauté
I have for you this simple, but so delicious spaghetti with spinach sauté!
I make this spaghetti very often, they’re quick and easy to make.
Perfect for weeknight dinners, when you need some soul food, but it has to be quick done! Perfect! And the best: it is all vegan!
Here is my recipe!
Spaghetti with spinach sauté
- 400g spaghetti
- 300 g spinach, thawed
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small chilli pepper cut,
- Salt, pepper
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water al dente.
- During this time, in a large skillet heat 2 tablespoons olive oil, add the thawed spinach, season with salt and pepper and mix well with the oil. And sauté lightly. Add the chopped garlic and chilli pepper, stir well and sauté.
- When the pasta is ready, drain and add to the pan with the spinach. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and stir well. Remove from heat and serve.
