This is one of my favorite sauces for dips or for wraps!

Use this sauce for a delicious dip or with your next tortilla wraps!

 

Vegan greek sauce

  • Servings: 3
  • Time: 15 minutes
  • Difficulty: quite easy

Ingredients:

  • 500 g soy yogurt
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • Salt pepper

Directions:

  1. Wash cucumber and grate finely.
  2. Peel the garlic and grate finely too.
  3. Put in a bowl, add the yogurt and mix well. Add now olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and stir well.
