After a short vacation break, I am back again in my kitchen! And I have for you a delicious sweet snack! This wonderful fruit salad!
This delicious dessert is served in Italy and it’s called Macedonia!
I’ve used some fruits that I’ve had in the house, and you can use all the fruits that you want to use! This is a perfect and healthy snack for kids! Try it! It is so simple!
Combine this salad with some delicious pancakes!! So delicious!
Here is the recipe for a deliciously easy and healthy fruit salad!
- 4 nectarines
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 apples
- a handful of grapes
- 10 strawberries
- ½ lemon
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Peel the bananas and cut them rondels. Put everything in a large bowl.
- Wash the rest of the fruit, and dry it. Remove seeds from apples and the core of nectarine. Lift the green strawberries.
- Now add the rest of the fruits cut into dices. Cut the grapes in half.
- Now add the squeezed juice of ½ lemon and sugar. Mix well and it’s done!
I’ve served this salad as a nice dessert or with delicious dairy free pancakes.
