I’ve already shown you my recipe for röstis. Now I show you another way to make rösti!
Here is a big potato rösti right from the oven!! Isn’t it great? You don’t have to stay long in your kitchen taking care of the pan!
And it’s a perfect dish for your family where you can “hide” some vegetables in it!! 😉 Junior loves this big rösti and I bet your kids will love it too!
It’s a simple recipe!
From the oven: Big potato rösti with feta dip
- 6 medium potatoes
- 3 large carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan
- Salt pepper
- some oil for the mould
- 1 feta block (150g)
- 1 red pepper
- some pepper
- some olive oil
- Quark 250 g (20%)
- 2 tablespoons dried salad herbs (in the glass)
- olive oil
- Herbal salt, pepper
- Peel the potatoes, the carrots and the onion and grate sequentially. Add salt and pepper and mix all the ingredients well. Add 3 eggs, parmesan and flour and mix everything well.
- Oil an ovenproof dish slightly and add the potatoes and carrots.
- Bake in preheated oven at 250 ° for about 25 minutes.
Feta Chilli Dip:
Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and grate. Add the pepper in a bowl and crumble feta with the hands and add into the bowl. Use a fork to smash the ingredients, add pepper and olive oil and stir well.
Herb quark dip:
Add the cottage cheese in a bowl, add the herbs, olive oil, salt and pepper and whisk creamy. Done!
