From the pan: Sauteed peas
- 300 g peas
- 2 shallots
- 2 slices of ham or bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- salt and pepper
- Peel shallots and cut into slices, slice ham or bacon. Preheat the olive oil in a pan, glaze the shallots and the bacon. Deglaze with the white wine. Add the peas, salt and pepper and stir. Add a little water and simmer for about 15 minutes
