Sauteed peas! A perfect side dish! Simple ingredients match full flavour! Peas, onions, ham, olive oil! That's it! Easy recipe! Serve this delicious dish with a delicious roast of your choice!

These delicious sauteed peas are a perfect side dish for roasts and other meat dishes!

Serve these sauteed peas with a turkey roast in white wine and mashed potatoes. And you have a wonderful tasty dinner for any occasion!

From the pan: Sauteed peas

Ingredients:

  • 300 g peas
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 slices of ham or bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Peel shallots and cut into slices, slice ham or bacon. Preheat the olive oil in a pan, glaze the shallots and the bacon. Deglaze with the white wine. Add the peas, salt and pepper and stir. Add a little water and simmer for about 15 minutes
