I love meatloaves! And I am always in search for the certain twist to change once in a while. This time I’ve made this delicious rollin’ meat loaf!

Rollin meat loaf | If you love meat loafs as I do, here is a funny idea. Just roll the meat loaf and fill with delicious spinach and mozzarella cheese! Easy to make recipe and a perfect dinner idea for any occasion!

This beautiful inspiration was brought to me from one of my favourite cooking shows in Italian television!

It is a simple but clever recipe of a filled meatloaf roast with spinach and mozzarella!

First of all, I’ve prepared the minced meat with all the herbs and spices needed. Then I took a baking sheet and I flattened the spiced minced meat. After that, I spread the spinach and the mozzarella over the meat.

Now with the help of the baking paper, I’ve started to roll the meatloaf.

Until the loaf is closed as well as possible.

After that, I’ve oiled a baking pan and put the loaf on the inside and then in the oven for about 45 minutes. And it’s done!

You can fill this rollin’ meatloaf with whatever you want and like, there are no limits to your imagination!

  4. Then spread and flatten the meat mixture. Distribute mozzarella on it, distribute the spinach filling.
  5. With the help of baking paper now roll up.
  6. Lay the meatloaf in a lightly oiled ovenproof dish and cook at 230 ° for about 45 minutes.

    1. Hello, Alana!
I have here on my blog a delicious veggie recipe for a red lentils loaf and I think that you can try to make it with a filling too! So you can have a “no meat” loaf and your hubby and kids maybe too! 😉
      Thank you for coming over!

  1. I’m a huge meatloaf fan too… I LOVE this idea! Mozzarella for more flavour (who doesn’t like cheese?) and spinach to add in the greens. Brilliant! Pinned on my recipe board…

  3. It is extremely difficult to make meatloaf appealing to me, which is strange because I’m such a carnivore. Having said that, something about the roll-up aspect of this looks incredibly intriguing to me! I may have to give meatloaf another whirl! #globalblogging

  4. I must admit, I am not the biggest fan of meatloaf. I have yet to taste an amazing one. However, that being said. This looks delicious! What an interesting twist on the traditional meatloaf. Oh to have dinner at your house! 🙂 #globalblogging

  6. What a great idea. It’s kind of like a rollitini or brascholli but with ground beef. Will have to give it a try. I can see how you can really get imaginative with this one.
