Thank God it’s Friday!! Yes! I’ve already prepared my delicious pizza dough for tonight’s pizza and it’s resting and meanwhile, I reminded me that I have some recipe to write for you from my second weekly menu plan with easy and frugal ideas!
As you surely know, I like to cook some serving more of stews and sauces, so that I have always something in my freezer. For example when I make my Italian meat Ragú Bolognese! I have always some servings into the freezer!
And this sauce Bolognese doesn’t only come along with pasta! No 😉
I’ve made delicious baked Baguettes Bolognese!
I’ve used here this time Baguettes but you can use any other bread instead! You can use even toast, it’s so delicious too! 😉
A really very easy and quick dinner idea! Perfect for those days when you want something delicious for your family but don’t want to be a long time in the kitchen!
Put on a baking dish and top with the sauce Bolognese.
Then sprinkle with grated Emmental cheese! But you can use any other cheese instead 😉 Put into the oven at 200 ° C and bake for about 10 – 15 minutes! And that’s it!
I’ve served with these baked baguettes Bolognese a delicious green beans salad!
And here is the easy recipe!
Baked Baguettes Bolognese
- 2 baguettes
- 300 g of Bolognese sauce
- 150 g of grated Emmental
- Cut the baguettes in half and cut them lengthwise and place them in an oven-proof form.
- Spread the Bolognese sauce on the baguette halves and sprinkle with grated Emmental cheese.
- Bake at 200 ° C for about 10 – 15 minutes.
