Hello!

Today I have for you another delicious and easy meal from my actual menu plan: Crispy turkey fingers!

Crispy turkey fingers! So easy to make only with a few ingredients: turkey cutlets, egg, cornmeal, a little oil. And without frying! Easy recipe!

For many children, this is the absolute favourite dish, alongside spaghetti and pizza! But since I really think, that the nuggets, which are on sale aren’ t really trustworthy for me, I decided to make them at home!

Although it might make a little effort. This is worth it! I make them always in larger portions because they can be frozen and when needed, just get out of the freezer right into the oven and bake! Yes, bake in the oven, not fried … 😉

I don’t really like fried things! So I have disarmed this really bombastic dish! Our Junior wants to have no other nuggets anymore! Fact! So, just try it out!

And here is the recipe!

Stuffed potato cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 turkey escalope
  • 1 egg
  • some flour
  • some polenta cornmeal for breading
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

  1. Cut the turkey cutlets in wide strips. Roll them first in flour, then in egg and then corn flour.
  2. Put them in a baking pan covered with a baking sheet and lightly sprinkle with oil. Spray also a little oil over the nuggets.
  3. Bake in preheated oven at 220 ° for about 20 minutes.
