This is a recipe, which I’ve made a while ago! It is such an amazing recipe which I saw so many times on the web and I’ve wanted to try it out.
Here is my version of scrambled eggs in bread rolls!
If you love scrambled eggs and you’d like to serve it in a different way, well I think, that this simple and delicious recipe is exactly for you!
You only need some bread rolls, eggs, parmesan and champignons. That’s it!
It really tastes delicious and the kids will love this way of scrambled eggs!
Here is the recipe!
Scrambled eggs in a bread roll
- 6 bread rolls
- 6 fresh mushrooms, cut
- 6 eggs
- 2 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp Parmesan
- salt, pepper
First of all, prepare the rolls, cut off the top and carefully remove the inside. I keep the inside of the rolls in a freezer bag for a later use. This can be used for meatballs.
Then cut 6 fresh mushrooms into thin slices and spread into the bread rolls.
In a bowl add 6 eggs, add chives, Parmesan, salt and pepper and stir well.
Using a spoon, spread the eggs into the bread rolls.
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C and bake the rolls until the egg becomes firm. In my oven, it took 20 minutes.
